The robots still haven’t taken over the World but they are here to stay and be helpful….for now.
After having been quite fixated with using Comet since I last wrote a blog about it (Sept 2025), I read another article recently which highlighted that, for the time being, agentic browsers are very risky because they will happily click on all links in a website or email that you ask it to look at! So I stopped using Comet and went back to good old Edge.
However, that hasn’t put me off continuing to use ChatGPT (paid subscription) and I’ve recently started to use Claude and Perplexity to see what the difference in results is. It’s too early for me to be able to report that on my own experience (I reckon that’ll be a Summer 2026 blog) so, for the time being, I gave them all the same prompt explaining I’d be writing this blog about them and for them to state their case as to why they’re the better choice specifically in context of supporting B2B sales functions.

I’ve built a bromance (or should that be robromance) with ChatGPT so I’m naturally defensive of it and put it above the others however I’m keeping an open mind and will gladly report my findings over the coming months.
