We all dream and some of us take action to turn our dreams into reality. If you’re on this page, there’s a strong chance you’re one of these people which means you will benefit from following the D.R.E.A.M – a sales framework for getting the results you want. This is a brief explanation outlining how it works:
The beginning of the journey to achieving anything you want to! To achieve a goal, we must first understand the current realities and what all of the available options are that can help achieve the goal.
In this phase, we digest everything we’ve discovered so far and we put a detailed plan together for how we will achieve the goal.
The plan is reviewed, edits are made where necessary and all concerned parties make a formal agreement to put the plan into….
We know what the goal is, we’ve put created a strategy for achieving the goal and everyone who’s involved is ready so….what are we waiting for?! Let’s get started!
Maybe the plan might need amending as we go through it and maybe it won’t but progress must be reviewed, hurdles must be overcome, those who are accountable must take ownership and, ultimately, we must do everything possible to achieve the goal.
